At RZLER PERFUME, we want you to find your signature scent with complete confidence. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for unopened and unused fragrances in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our concierge team at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully place the unused perfume bottle in its original designer box and use a sturdy shipping carton with protective padding to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our team and attach it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are removed or covered.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects the item to ensure the seal is intact, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
